2. Do You Have Insurance?
Yes we do! We have public liability insurance to the value of $5 million to protect you and your neighbours' property. We also carry income protection insurance. All contractors we use are also fully insured.
3. Height Safety Is Important, Are You Trained To Work At Height?
Yes we are. Height safety training in our industry is one of our most important tools. Apex Roof and Gutter Maintenance values work safety and thus ensures that our team are trained on current and up to date safety standards.
4. What Area Do You Service?
We service all Sydney metropolitan areas. Please call us for a free quote.
5. Can You Still Work When I’m At Work Or Do I Need To Be Home?
No there is no problem with you being at work. We can provide over the phone quotes for all cleans. Any repair work will be photographed and sent to you if so requested. Provided we have good access to the rear of your property via side gates etc there is no need for you to be home. We will care for your property as though it is our own.
6. What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept cash, credit, and internet transfers.
We don’t do ’cashies’. All our work will have a tax invoice provided to you. We believe firmly in being honest with everyone we deal with. Coupled with this fact is the insurance policy that you receive when you deal with Apex Roof and Gutter: Any time you have any questions about our work please feel free to call.
